Let's see how to launch your startup right way, like what is GTM, and how to focus on getting your early users ( Do not always go for first 10K users, climb the steps one by one ) we will talk about all odds too.

🎯 Many of them think that starting a startup requires a lot of money, but to be honest it requires more time than money.

You don't need a big budget to launch You need the right people, right marketing and right timing to launch it and this all needs time more than money.

We will see how to Go To Market (GTM) and launch your product like you are already an experienced founder (ik most of us aren't, but still )

🧠 First let's see what is a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy?

GTM = How you introduce your product to your early/first users and customers.

It's a kind of strategy plan for : ✅ Who is your main target ✅ How will you think to reach them out ( does not matter how ) ✅ How can you make your user's think that your product is useful to them. Will they use it ? Will they refer other's ? Etc..

These all are main things to be kept in mind when going to market ( sabji lene nhi, startup launch karne )

📌 Let's begin ⭐

1️⃣ Build an conceptualized website saying what is your product and how is to useful for user's and even add a Waitlist section.

✅ Create hype & urgency ( doesn't mean unwanted hype, let it real hype ) ✅ Collect emails, feedback, and social proof ( make a survey form to create people's response on your product and idea )

If you have followed me or have seen my recent post i guess you have seen my posts of same above ( like website where I have mentioned my idea and stuffs, and then survey form )

I have used AI help to create website & also survey was created by formshare.ai ( credits go to **Vikas Acharya** for sharing survey website )

2️⃣ Identify Your main Audience, because your product is absolutely not fit for everyone until and unless your product is daily essentials or common products like water, milk, bread or something.

✅ Who needs your product most urgently? ✅ Who will shout about it when it works? ✅ People who are not happy with the in-market solution.

Example : If you are gonna launch a cosmetic brand, start your marketing with help of social media ( if you are spending money then spend on better influencer, specially the one who overacts )

3️⃣ Launch Your MVP or first product, don't launch final version or best version at first.

✅ Build a working, usable version with key features because if you know people are using it and hating something they will respond your mistake and their feedback will make your final product even better. Always better to learn and build, rather than building and learning.

Example : MP's 90° flyover, civil engineer were corona batch without learning they built ? Now ? They all fell ? So it's better to learn and then build

✅ Always get feedback from users and work on it, ignoring it would make you loose them.

MVP should be basic Version doesn't mean it should be ugly or bad to use. But it should be focused on what you are doing.

4️⃣ Best way to launch i would say with no money or less money is social media, find your niche find your people and DM them ( no shame in that ) each social media serves many kind of purpose

I asked ChatGPT how can each social media help with launching my startup so it said :

Twitter / LinkedIn Build in public, share journey Product Hunt Launch for global early adopters Reddit / Discord Engage niche communities WhatsApp / Telegram Build small, loyal user groups Cold Emails / DMs Personalized outreach to power users

I would say use Medial for all the above 🚀

The best way advice to get customer for your D2C product was given by **Harsh Dwivedi** check his post 😉

5️⃣ Never forget to collect Feedback & Improve Faster

✅ Use Google Forms, Typeform, or whichever doesn't matter. ✅ Ask: What did you love?, What confused you?, What would you pay for?, What did you hate ?, Is there anything you wished to be more ?

Collecting feedback & Improving it is the better way to get the best traction.

⚠️ Mistakes to Avoid Don't wait for long or don't wait for funds until and unless you actually need funds. Most of the stuff won't require funds, but just a great research but people find the easy way is to get funding ( but people don't know actually how funding works ). Don't spend on ads too much at the beginning, connect through better way. Don't target everyone unless and until it's a common or essential products. Always keep your support quick and better, don't always reject user's feedback and ignore. Support is the most important thing, follow up every ticket after you launch it greatly helps you and you will know it.
