🎯 To be fair enough at a starting stage i hope founder is the first employee of his own company and then comes the co-founder so yea if you multiple co-founder then almost your base will be set and perfect.... But when you are a founder and have just one co-founder at that time atleast next 5 people who you are gonna hire would be the shape and structure for your foundation and they hold your start-ups future and speed. If you hire wrong people let them go soon don't hang on, doesn't mean that I'm saying y'all to throw out but if you feel they are unfit to contribute I guess you should let them go. ( I don't know others opinion on it, it changes person to person but i prefer this way. If you have co-founders and they are supportive then perfect if not this is the right way )

Lemme say how to find a right people without getting exhausted or without spending alot.

They say that hiring 👥 is as important as raising funds or sometimes even more important.

Big corporates can survive hiring wrong people but as a startup we or you can't.

→ Every person you hire matters few points to keep in mind are

✅ Should be a problem solver rather than doing the task given

✅ Comfortable with chaos of doing multitasking and don't feel it as stress rather feel it as they are gonna learn something from it.

✅ Okay with doing multiple tasks, doesn't mean you don't pay them ( guys pay them well if they do well, don't exploit the labour ik it's India but employees matter the most )

✅ I won't say they shouldn't focus on money and they should focus on work because they work to get money so there's nothing wrong in that but make sure he's not just sitting for money rather than working for money. And also ask once will you work here even if we don't pay you regularly monthly monthly instead we pay salary of two months after two months sometimes three if they say yes then you know the drill ( give the main a raise even if it's 1% no issues 🤣 )

🎯 Whom to hire when ?

1️⃣ First figure out who's the most important thing you want help in like

✅ At your starting stage never overhire or hire someone with promising extra salaries, also maintain a good work culture automatically every employee will be happy to work in ( i know in startups drill is required, but keep the drill chill not stressing them too much )

Focus on person's skills and growth rather than degrees 💡 ( but for few companies they require director as Doctor, CA etc at that time obviously hire them itself )
